As the end of the year fast approaches, you may be wondering how you can show your staff the appreciation they deserve for a hard year of work. 2020 will go down in history as one of the most challenging years the world has faced, so it is a great gesture to recognize your team for their efforts this year. Whatever you choose, showing appreciation for employees goes a long way in ensuring that they stay, and that the team continues to be productive. If you choose an activity, just make sure that you follow Covid-19 protocols when planning same. If you choose to give gifts, make sure that the gifts are practical, relevant and have utility. Be creative and enjoy the process. Your team will be grateful and note your acknowledgment.
